Your face alone shows what you feel
Your eyes are full of thoughts.
For you I used that good old saying:
Good things will come to those who wait.
In your absence I was lonely,
I cried few tears, a few tears only,
I guess that no one was to blame.
You always seemed so glad to see me,
We could laugh so loud and freely
A romance none could criticize.
Through all the years of loves and losses
You have been there by my side
Through any paths that my life crosses
In only you I can confide.
