M-am nascut in comuna Contesti judetul Dambovita. Inca din liceu am cochetat cu poezia dar am publicat foarte tarziu. In anul 2004 am publicat volumul de versuri "Altaru meu". In 2005 am publicat volumul de versuri "Iubeste viata!". In 2006 am publicat volumul de versuri si proza scurta "Un bob de nisip". In 2007 am publicat o carte pentru copii cu poezii si desene de colorat intitulata "Lunile anului". In anul 2008 am in curs de reeditare "lunile anului". Tot in 2008 se afla la editura o alta carte pentru copii cu poezii si desene de colorat intitulata "Prietenii mei dragi". Sper ca tot in anul 2008 sa editez o carte de versuri si proza scurta( materialul exista) care se va numi "Sens unic" sau "Pasi", inca nu m-am hotarat asupra titlului. Sunt membru al "Societatii Scriitorilor Targovisteni" si al "Ligii Scriitorilor din Romania".

Compiuta Donzella Fiorentina este pseudonimul unei poete din secolul XIII. Existența ei, îndelung contestată, este astăzi în general acceptată de către critică. Scriitor latin, de origine siriană. Autor de mimi (farse), care abundau în maxime morale (sententiae) foarte apreciate atât de contemporanii săi, cât și de posteritate. Engleză Publilius (less correctly Publius) Syrus, a Latin writer of maxims, flourished in the 1st century BC. He was a Syrian who was brought as a slave to Italy, but by his wit and talent he won the favor of his master, who freed and educated him. His mimes, in which he acted himself, had a great success in the provincial towns of Italy and at the games given by Caesar in 46 BC. Publilius was perhaps even more famous as an improviser, and received from Caesar himself the prize in a contest in which he vanquished all his competitors, including the celebrated Decimus Laberius. All that remains of his works is a collection of Sentences (Sententiae), a series of moral maxims in iambic and trochaic verse. This collection must have been made at a very early date, since it was known to Aulus Gellius in the 2nd century AD....

NCNichifor Crainic
Nichifor Crainic (din botez Ion Dobre, născut la 22 decembrie 1889, la Bulbucata, județul Vlașca, decedat la 20 august 1972 la Mogoșoaia lângă București) a fost un scriitor, poet, ziarist, om politic, autor, director de reviste, editor, filosof (creator al curentului gândirist), pedagog și teolog român. Pe plan politic s-a plasat la extrema dreaptă și a fost adeptul tendințelor tradiționaliste religioase, susținând că România trebuie să rămână credincioasă moștenirii spirituale creștin-ortodoxe. Crainic a debutat ca poet înaintea primului război mondial. Ca scriitor si teolog a condus revista "Flamura" și a fost directorul și mentorul uneia dintre cele mai importante reviste literare din perioada interbelică, "Gândirea". Jaroslav Seifert (n. 23 septembrie 1901, Praga - d. 10 ianuarie 1986, Praga) este un scriitor, poet și jurnalist ceh, laureat al Premiului Nobel pentru Literatură în anul 1984. S-a născut odată cu secolul 20, iar opera sa este reprezentativă pentru acest secol marcat de războaie pustiitoare și elanuri reînviate, de regimuri totalitare și mișcări de rezistență, de răsturnări politice ce au schimbat fața lumii. Jaroslav Seifert intră de tânăr în Partidul comunist cehoslovac: editează jurnale (Rovnost, Srsatec, Reflektor), pune bazele mișcării artistice Devìtsill și, la numai 20 de ani, încredințează tiparului prima sa culegere de poeme. ,,El este în poezie - se scria la debutul său - cam ce a fost în pictură vameșul Rousseau". În scurt timp devine unul din liderii avangardei cehoslovace. My name is Tudor Damian, but friends call me Tudy. I was born April 12, 1984, in Bistrita, Romania. I have been living in Cluj-Napoca since 2003. A few things about me: I work in System Administration for a hosting company in the US, and I’m interested in technology, web standards and systems and network security. I also like anything that has to do with astronomy & astrology, photography, chess, logic puzzles, new-age music and oriental philosophy. As far as my literary preferences go, I like "classic" Sci-Fi (Isaac Asimov, Frank Herbert, Arthur C. Clarke, Douglas Adams) and English poetry (William Blake, Edgar Allan Poe). Over the years, I won a few prizes at local and national poetry and prose contests, and had my texts published in a few magazines. The beginning of my childhood was profoundly marked by one of my grandfather’s passions – literature. For him reading, living, the writings of so many did not seem to be enough, so he began writing his own stories that still echo in my memory and in my heart. I remember that one day I went to him and asked “What are you writing about?”. Looking at me for only a second and returning his eyes at the ink stained notebook he answered: “My life”. Regretful, I confess that that was the last dialogue we had. After that I began reading, reading everything he was writing. Two years after his death, I had met someone who changed everything. I stopped reading and began writing myself. It was such a new feeling. It seemed to be never ending. It still feels. Since the first time, you may think I am exaggerating, but it really was the first time I saw her when I felt this sudden urge of writing. Words like “Thank you” seem meaningless compared to the things that you have done for me.
