Tell me why,
I’m walking through the sky,
Why isn’t the world so kind,
Why is blowing the wind
Even through my mind…
Tell me why the leaf
Is falling down the street
And it’s being hit
By cold and storm
Like she was a thief?
I would’ve known…
Tell me why the autumn came,
Because everything looks now insane,
Why is so sad right now my heart?
Because sadness and autumn are not apart?
And why is the poem an art,
The art of our heart?
And why we’re writing
Our feeling in a poem?
She could remain unknown
For all of us, and I’m trying
To understand why…
So, please, tell me why?
Tell me why we’re thinking of tomorrow,
This wouldn’t be another sorrow?
Why are we worrying so much
About these days just to keep in touch?
Tell me why secrets could not be kept by friends?
They’re betraying you and everything unhappily ends.
And why do they mess with your life?
To make you too restless, too ripe?
Tell me the thing
Which should be solving
All of my wonderings
And my big doubt:
Is there a way out?
