Mixed feelings

Things are tangled and mixed up in my mind,

As if i\'d been in a dryer, all hot and bothered, i can\'t sit still,

Thinking it will all cool down, but it never will,

Things aren\'t that simple,

One might even say, when are they ever...

As i sit and wonder how my life got so tangled, i can\'t seem to grasp the reason why i never asked myself this question before,

I might never know,

The only thing that i do know is that it is my own doing.

I have no one to blame but myself, my stupid, ignorant self..

Why did i play in darkness and try to stay clear of the light?

Why didn\'t i express my feelings instead of keeping them hidden from everyone\'s sight.

Maybe its because i don\'t no my own feelings, i don\'t know what i\'m feeling inside,

Just frustration of not knowing what to do next with my meaningless life.
