The Silence before the Storm

For me, the silence is a torture.
But the storm is bless, a new capture.
‘Because I’m her daughter, she\'s my slave,
And we are both so beautiful and brave!
We are two savages; two of a kind:
She ruins a crop, I ruin a mind.
We look in each other’s eyes and we see a mirror.
We both say that we see a killer.
Our mysteries will never be discovered,
‘Cause with the power of the sky we are covered.
We both come the last, we never cry,
But she leaves quickly and I never die!
When the silence breaks our eardrums,
She screams outside, me in my bedroom.
She helps me break my walls
And we laugh when the last one falls.
Hello, you happy coward mortal! Don’t be afraid!
But just remember all the things I said.
Enjoy the quiet. Is it warm?
‘Cause after the silence always comes the storm.
