I grow numb to it all
I let you all in
without destroying my wall
one is the same
as the others are different
(another angel’s kiss
without knowing what it meant)
sink your teeth in
you can too
if I’m right
I’ll never fall
I found another angel
without forsaking my wall
I let you all in
you found me again
(I found what it meant,
it was nothing at all)
I never look backwards
with my head turned around
I let you all in outside my wall
