doing here in hell?

why are they loaded with arms and ammunition?

what are they looking for?

have they found anything so far?

how long their search will continue?

how long people will keep dying?

how long these young men in uniform are supposed to

carry their crippled brothers on their heads?

how long the dead bodies of innocent victims of war

will continue to be transported back to their homes?

how long the demon of war will keep killing men

and burying them bereft of pall and coffin?

how long will the desperadoes keep killing others as well as buying death for themselves ?

how long will this heinous drama go on,

how long this show of insanity?

how long the warring factions bear the collateral loss ?

Is there no one to stop this ruthless rampage and desecration of human lives,this deprecation of humanity,

this maniacal episode of history revisited ?

how long the war will go on and people keep dying

unnatural deaths,

when will the culprits surrender to fate ?

how long will this world continue to rest in hell?

how long will the vested interests keep the dance of death going on and on?

how long shall the mirror remain clouded with sanguinary hues, shades and colors of human demise?

How long, how long, I wonder

and my heart spits blood into my eyes !
