She left me

The day she left me
I threw away my watch
there was no sense then
keeping track of time,
second by second, minute by minute
hour by hour!
With no watch on my wrist
my soul is relieved
body free from keeping track of time;
Infact there is no need for that
after she left me for good.
Now I wake up when my eyes
wink to unfold,
I fall asleep when my wink
shuts down;
whenever my eyes wink to open up
It is like a day for me,
the sweet darkness of Night fills my eyes
when my eyelids drop!
