The elusive echo

I heard the echo of your name
its resonance feeling the same
as a word too far
for in its substance lies
the reflection of shining stars
and it lives in my own skies
In my wave of intensity
my own echo loses itself in eternity
in the impossible
I become intangible
an unspeakable vibration
a transparent being in oblivion
I fumble in darkness
to an encounter in your many nights
and find your day too light
reversing me back to emptiness
to dissipate, to flee away
in your ever elusive array
