Loneliness
I let her get too close to me,
That I didn’t feel it coming..
The vampiring fangs pierced
The fragile wall of my heart,
I heard the beat of the sluggish blood
Dripping bit by bit,
In the cadence of the falling snow
I pleaded her ,with my last thought
Before the abyss of obliviousness claimed me,
To let me fall in love again ..
