If I wake my dreams
Shall I torch the Earth
For the glory of Nothing,
People should understand;
And if I wake my body
Shall I break the Skies
With a raise of my fist
People should lie dead;
And if I open my eyes
Shall I burn the Stars
With a blink of my eyes
People should go blind;
And if I say a word
Shall I cover the mountains
With a clap of my lips
People should pray and pray...
...but my mind is trapped
And my body stands still
And my fist hangs soft
And my mouth buffles shut
And I am paralized
As I cannot dream,
Not anymore...
...than you can...
Therefore, my life goes drown,
Towards an altered kind of Nirvana,
Apathetic I watch
Seconds passing by,
I whisperily speak in terms of despise,
And cinically follow
Whichever phantoms
My alcohol-drowned eyes
Care to show me...
...behind the cheap cigarette smoke
That burns my lips,
My brains,
Shown as wasted,
Swallowed by the arrows of excess,
Raising higher and higher...
...just to fall again back to the abyss...
...of Ataraxis.
