I’m strange.

I know it

And I say it so bluntly, plainly and every “ly” you wish, aren’t I?

I’m lost.

On the path of my dreams and desires

Of my nightmares and wishes.

Strangely lost

Cannot find my compass

I’m looking for them everywhere

And still…

I cannot find them.

Acting like a lunatic,

My favourite part, the one that suits me best

Paranoid, a cornered rat,

Enraged, lost, confused.

Looking for you

Cannot see you anywhere

Oh, no! I think I saw you!

Trapped by your fears, by your past…..like me.

Yeah, I’m a lunatic

An alien of this world

Breaking through you,

Trying to keep up the pace with everybody

But I can’t….

I’m left behind….

So I grasp the icy soul of mine

I try to bring it back to life

And I feel it dying with every second

Leaving behind it darkness and emptiness.

Just help me!

This is my first cry for help

Hoping that you’ll hear it,

Fearing that you’d ignore it,

Knowing that you’ll silent it with ignorance.
