panic my love, it\'s time to rise

and yes, God is definitely here
I feel its presence/ warm knife against my
wrists/ and we are silent and slightly amused
and we are giant walls
and yes, God is beautiful and overwhelmingly
true/ sweet kindness of sedatives/ & together we fall
like broken bones/ and together we weep
and yes, God is love/ with its howling dogs/ with its ballet
of blades/ with its mechanical bite/
with its marching spades
and yes, God is alone
