Between the shadows

I die between the shadows,
I try to reach my end.
My soul is burning hallow,
I\'m searching for a friend.
But her stands still and smiles,
She hurts my limbs and skin.
She screams and sings, she hails,
She\'s dark, she\'s mean and grim.
At last I\'m free to run away,
I\'m free to turn to dust...
My ashes ride the wind of May,
The only one I trust!
