Golden mask covers the scar,
In this dungeon, all asleep,
With no bars or chains to hold me,
Yet the waters are too deep.
See inside the darkenned well
What the fading lights expose;
Still, your face remains uncoverred,
Hidden by the floating rose.
Silver drops shall stain my dress,
Waving as the moths depart;
Send the words through winds and rivers,
Until dawn do us apart.
