From lonely nights
And silent days
Your smile, like Heaven’s gaze
From darkness you help me rise
No longer hearing shadow cries
Just eagle’s song and a new world’s rise
Although our bond is strong
For that of which I crave
I fear that I’m not that brave,
To request a little wish…
Your smile takes me far away
Your embrace makes my heart skip a beat
But your kiss haunts my dream
That kiss I may never feel
I still wonder if it’s real…
Now I stand and walk to thee
The time of silent one has gone
I will ask in ancient elfish
For you, my one true wish…
